Shaun Ellis was fined $15,000 in 2008 for throwing a snowball at a fan in Seattle after a Jets game against the Seahawks. That story isn't done, however, as the fan is now suing Ellis and the team."I woke up this morning and somebody texted me," Ellis said Monday, explaining how he heard about the lawsuit. "I was like, 'OK, cool.' I guess the statute of limitations [hasn't run out] ... I don't know.
"I mean, anytime you go into a [legal] situation like that you're definitely concerned. It's two years removed. I have to let the courts handle it and see what happens from there."
