Tim Tebow scored his first NFL touchdown Sunday, running in from 5 yards out in the second quarter of Denver's game against the Jets. Tebow's appearance was his first since the season opener.Out of the shotgun, Tebow took the snap and broke to the right sideline, walking in untouched to tie Sunday's game at 7.
Earlier, Tebow replaced starter Kyle Orton for a couple of more plays. Also out of the shotgun, Tebow handed off to Corrrell Buckhalter for a 13-yard gain as part of a fake option play. Buckhalter took another handoff from Tebow on the next play for a 3-yard gain before Tebow left the field again and Orton returned to play quarterback, after lining up as a wideout on the two plays with Tebow in the game.
