D.C. United goalkeeper Steve Cronin suffers broken wrist

Washington, D.C. - D.C. United announced today that goalkeeper Steve Cronin has suffered a broken left wrist in training and will be sidelined for several weeks during his recovery. The injury came during a club training session on Tuesday, February 8 in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. and will not require surgery. Additionally, midfielder Junior Carreiro sprained his left ankle in yesterday?s friendly match against Florida International University. The 19-year-old Brazilian will undergo an MRI upon return to Washington.
