KHL Teams Engage in Line Brawl

KHL leaders Avangard Omsk took on Vityaz over the weekend. The Vityaz club is known for having some tough guys -- including former NHL enforcer Chris Simon -- on the roster. Last January, these two teams brawled, an incident that cost both a lot of money.

Also, Vityaz was warned that they could face expulsion from the KHL if anything like this happened in the future. This past weekend, they put those words to test, as Vityaz players instigated a line brawl.



No word yet on punishments from the KHL.
