D.C. United announced today that Ethan White underwent a medial menisectomy to the right knee yesterday. The procedure was performed by Doctor James Gilbert of Metro Orthopedics and Sports Therapy in Silver Spring, Md. The Kensington, Maryland native will miss approximately six weeks.
?We are pleased to hear that Ethan had a successful surgery yesterday. We expect a full recovery in six weeks and look forward to him contributing on a daily basis once fully recovered," said United General Manager Dave Kasper.
