Longtime contenders Aegean Hawks FC finally hoisted the Copa D.C. XI Championship trophy after defeating tournament newcomers, White Eagles, 8-3 in Saturday?s championship match at the Rockville SportsPlex. The Hawks won the area?s top indoor tournament by defeating perennial contenders Paolo?s Sport Boys, Copa D.C. IX Champions Charm City F.C. and nine-time champions La Mara on their way to the championship match.
