The UCLA forward tallied twice in the first 20 minutes as the Americans finished the opening round of the tournament undefeated and unscored upon.
With the win, the US easily finish on top of Group B. They will meet Guatemala in the quarterfinals on April 6, with the winner qualifying for the U-20 World Cup in Colombia this summer.
