Gregg's deal is for two years and $10 million, but it also includes a vesting club option for 2013 that could bring the total value of the agreement to somewhere in the $16-$20 million range.
FOXSports.com was first to report news of an agreement, while the Baltimore Sun was first to peg the terms of the deal.
Gregg racked up 37 saves and posted a 3.51 ERA in 59 innings for the division rival Blue Jays last season, and given the money Baltimore is set to spend on him he'll probably be first in line for the closer's job when pitchers and catchers report next month.
That doesn't mean he won't have competition for the job, though. The Orioles brought back right-hander Koji Uehara, who finished 2010 as manager Buck Showalter's closer, last month.
