Braves, Phillies Set for Civil Rights Game

The Braves will host the Phillies in the fifth annual Civil Rights Game, MLB announced Thursday.

The teams will play May 15 at Turner Field in a game wrapping up four days' worth of events honoring the civil rights movement.

Other highlights of the week's schedule will include a tribute to Hank Aaron at Atlanta's Fox Theater on May 12; a May 13 roundtable discussion on baseball and the civil rights movement at the Ebenezer Baptist Church featuring Sharon Robinson (Jackie's daughter), Branch Rickey III, Tony Perez, Dave Winfield, Peter Gammons and others; and a "youth summit" May 14 at Centennial Olympic Park featuring players and local celebrities.
